Garlic and fresh herbs are complimented with red onion, sun dried tomatoes, kalamata olives and goat cheese. This savory omelet is topped with baby arugula and tangy kalamata olive oil.

The Italian Omelet – $9.25 [GF]
Mild Italian sausage, onions, zucchini, diced tomato with mozzarella, provolone and Parmesan cheese fill this omelet with a touch of garlic and fresh herbs. Warm marinara and freshly grated Parmesan cheese are served on the side.

A traditional omelet spiced up with our signature “Mexican Blast” herb and hot pepper blend and garlic. Stuffed with onions, green peppers and sharp cheddar cheese and then topped with our fresh pico de gallo salsa, black beans and fresh cilantro. Sour cream served on the side.
